SUPPORT GROUPS

NAMI support groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees.

NAMI Connection is a support group for people with mental health conditions. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who’ve been there. See our calendar below for dates.

NAMI Family Support Group is a support group for family members, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. See our calendar below for dates.

Momma Bears is a unique support group for individuals experiencing pre and/or postpartum mental health struggles, led by individuals with that same experience. Group attendees will learn about resources, coping skills, self-advocacy, and most importantly, that they are not alone. See our calendar below for dates.
